Service Description
If you can't make it in person for a 1-1 session with me, you can still receive Reiki by connecting with me anywhere in the world. We will arrange a time that suits you, all you have to do is be ready to recieve just the same as we would face to face. My clients are amazed at the feelings they still recieve without me in the same room!
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens, however, I do have a 48 hour notice cancellation policy. If you have to cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time you will be refunded 50% of your treatment cost, unless the spot can be filled, then you will receive a full refund. On the day and no shows will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost. This also includes vouchers and the voucher will be void for that session, it does not affect future bookings/vouchers. I hope you understand that this is a small business and still has overheads to cover. With Love, Michelle.
