A nurturing space for you to come to each week to be held and heard.
Bringing Mothers together
A place where YOU can come and be seen, heard, held, and nurtured (with baby up to 12 months of age).
A place where, no matter your journey or background, women come together to hold each other through the same stages of life – the ups as well as the downs, the joys AND the sorrows.
No judgements.
This isn’t Therapy BUT it will be Therapeutic.
We will spend time grounding our energy
We will connect
We will share (always optional)
We will release
We will cry
We will laugh
We will drink tea and eat cake (most important)
90 minutes
Over a 6 week period
Each week will look different depending on what we need.
Some weeks will be taken up with sharing (completely optional)
Some days there will be space for wellbeing practice's

Mindfulness
Breathing exercises
Meditation
Journaling
Small, intimate circles.
Each Circle takes place at Dunkeld & Birnam Guide Hall, School Lane, Little Dunkeld PH8 0RQ. There is free street parking right outside the hall, or opposite the playpark. There is plenty of space in the hall to leave buggies and pushchairs.
Each 6 week block costs £90. This is £15 per 90 minute Circle.
Hot drinks, cakes and biscuits each week. All dietary requirements are catered for.
